Here at BESTMoves Dance Academy we implement policies that provide guidance, consistency, accountability, efficiency, and clarity on how our academy operates.
Parent/Director meetings will be held between the first or second Saturday of the month. Meetings will be conducted at the BESTFit Private Gym or virtually (via Zoom). These meetings are held to assure all Parent's/Guardians are aware of updates, expectations, etc. Also, Parents/Guardians will have an opportunity to express their concerns and/or provide suggestions that can help our growth here at BESTMoves Dance Academy. BESTMoves Dance Academy is a new dance school and we are open to receiving information/suggestions! All Parents/Guardians are required to attend every meeting.

RRegistration and Payment must be received prior to participation in class (Payment Plan is available). Any outstanding balances from Winter/Spring Program must be paid in full Prior to participation in Fall/Winter Program. Any outstanding balances from current program(s) must be paid in full Prior to participation in Spring/Winter Recital. (If on a payment plan), all payments must be paid within the 1st and the 10th of each month.
We accept Cash & Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Credit Card Payments accepted via Online Registration.
$25 Per Student or $50 Max per Family
This Non-Refundable Registration Fee is due at time of registration.
This is an annual fee and cannot be prorated regardless of sign up date.
If Full Payment is not received with the Registration Form by Session Due Dates, you will automatically be put on a Payment Plan.
10% off the lesser Total Class Rate of each additional immediate family member living in the same household. Discounts do not apply to Registration Fees. Discounts do not apply to extended family members. Each student must fill out a separate Registration Form. Discount should be noted on the Form and applied to siblings with lesser total class amount.
Amounts and due dates are subject to change.
DEPOSIT amount is $40 for EACH Costume.
BALANCE amount varies for EACH Costume.
ONLY fully paid costumes will be included with our bulk order.
Prices may range from $50 to $75 per costume. ALL Costume Fees are Non-Refundable.
Once costume deposit has been paid, the parent/guardian is obligated to pay remaining balance and any other costume fees if applicable, even if student discontinues class and/or does not end up participating in recital.
Registration Fees are Non-Refundable. Class Tuition Payments are Non-Refundable. NO deductions, pro-rating or refunds for student absences, late enrollment or for students dropping classes for any reason. An account credit only may be applied for students who miss classes due to serious illness or injuries. Tuition Payments cannot be transferred to another person, including siblings or other family members. If the studio has to permanently cancel a class and another class cannot be provided, then a refund will be granted for class tuition only. IF available and appropriate, Make-up classes for student absences may be scheduled within 1 Month of the Absence. Perfect Attendance Certificates are handed out at the end of each month for those who have perfect attendance.
Our schedules allows for extra weeks in the school year calendar for teacher absences/class cancellations if need be and make-up classes will not be needed unless they exceed the allotted weeks. Two snow days are allotted per class per school year and will not require a makeup. We may provide a Substitute Teacher at our discretion if teacher happens to be absent. We will notify all regarding any cancellations via email with as much notification when possible. If we need to provide make-up classes please know that we may schedule them at our discretion. Those who cannot attend a scheduled make-up class will have the option to attend any other appropriate class at their convenience. NO Refunds for re-scheduled classes. Refunds will be given only if a make-up class has not been provided.
Enrollment is ongoing throughout the year, however, limitations may apply. With director and teacher approval, students may join age-appropriate classes if there are openings at time of registration. Class size is limited, therefore early registration is recommended and placement cannot be guaranteed. Total number of students per class is at the discretion of the director and instructors and will vary from class to class.
